At Noir Bloom, we want you to shop with confidence. Our goal is to ensure a simple and transparent return process. Below, you’ll find all the necessary information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during the return process.


Return Conditions

We accept returns for all new and unused items, excluding promotional items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, lingerie, or skincare products. This policy is clearly stated at checkout.


How to Make a Return?

To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at support@noirbloom.com or through the contact form on our website. In your return request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product if it’s defective or damaged

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.


Exchange for Incorrect Size

If your item is too small or too large, we offer exchanges for a different size for a small fee. This is often more cost-effective than returning the item and placing a new order. Contact us to discuss available options and the associated costs.


Return Costs

  • Personal Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size choice, or for any other personal reason, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will fully reimburse your return shipping costs once the returned item is received. For a smooth return process, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive and verify your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. The initial shipping cost will be refunded only if the entire order is returned. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please check your bank statement. If the amount has not been credited, contact us at support@noirbloom.com.


Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it without issue. In cases of repeated errors, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the order following the process outlined above.
